Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
- Sales skills and the ability to persuade and close deals over the phone.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to drive company trucks.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy items repeatedly. (50LBS +)
- Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Availability to work Tuesday – Saturdays (8am-5pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, providing detailed information about our services, pricing, and scheduling.
- Sales and Service Promotion: Effectively sell junk removal services to prospective clients, upsell additional services when appropriate, and schedule appointments.
- Customer Assistance: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Operational Support: Drive company trucks to designated locations for junk removal tasks, load and unload heavy items safely and efficiently.
- Adherence to Safety Guidelines: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself, team members, and customers during junk removal tasks.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and completed jobs using company software or paperwork.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on company vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
Preferred Qualifacations:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Experience in the junk removal industry or familiarity with similar services.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance procedures.
Wages:
The starting wage for the Junk Removal Lead position is $25 per hour. However, we offer a dynamic compensation structure that rewards performance and dedication.
