Position Summary

We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Remote Part-Time Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for incoming leads, manage the scheduling calendar, coordinate with field staff, and handle follow-ups and review responses. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations and converting leads into scheduled jobs.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and respond to incoming lead calls in a friendly and professional manner

  • Sell and convert incoming leads into scheduled junk removal jobs

  • Maintain and update the job calendar, coordinating with both clients and on-the-road team members

  • Use Google Maps to respond to customer reviews and assist with route coordination

  • Communicate effectively with drivers and customers to ensure smooth operations

  • Follow up with past clients and maintain organized notes using our CRM (preferably Housecall Pro)

  • Perform light administrative tasks to support daily business operations

  • Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English

  • Friendly and professional phone voice

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software and tools

  • Ability to work independently and multitask

  • Availability during peak hours (flexible but consistent schedule required)

  • Reliable internet and phone connection

Preferred Qualifacations:

  • Prior experience using a CRM (Housecall Pro is a big plus)

  • Experience in customer service, administrative work, or dispatching

  • Familiarity with Google Maps, Google Calendar, and Gmail
