Responsibilities:
- Junk Removal: Safely and efficiently remove and haul away items from clients’ homes, offices, and businesses.
- Customer Interaction: Provide friendly, positive, and stress-free service to all customers. Address customer needs and concerns with a professional attitude.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to complete tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Truck Operations: Assist in the safe operation and navigation of company vehicles to and from job sites.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Professional attire: Maintain a clean and professional appearance on a regular basis, not limited to personal hygiene and company uniform policies.
- Payment Collection: Assist in collecting payments from customers once the job is completed.
- Punctuality: Awareness of time is vital to our mission to reach all scheduled clients.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs) independently.
- A valid driver’s license (CDL not required) with a clean driving record is preferred.(move to Caption job description.
- Previous experience in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse work is helpful but not required.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends if needed.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Preferred Qualifacations:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Experience in the junk removal industry or familiarity with similar services.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance procedures.
